On Saturday I had breakfast with one of my oldest and dearest friends, in Primary School we were boyfriend and girlfriend. In the most innocent times of our lives, where it meant you hung out at school together. Now almost 15 years later we have this amazing friendship where we don’t have to talk often ( and by this I mean mooooonths) and when we get together we catch up like we saw each other last week.
It was such a special day, as Claudia and I haven’t seen each other in a couple months and since then she is now engaged to Paul, as you would have seen me blog earlier this year about it. I’m am so proud of her, she has had many obstacles that have crossed her path of the last couple of years and now she is living out her dreams. I sat there listing to her stories about her wedding next year (which I might add she threatened me with my life if I miss the wedding) and watched how she got a twinkle in her eye, one of pure joy and happiness.
Claudia, thank you for being such a wonderful friend to me and I’m so proud of you! Thank you for an awesome day on Saturday, but please lets try and see each other more often, lol.
